Raspberry Cookie Recipe


Flour free, processed sugar free, raspberry cookie recipe which takes only a few minutes to make. Enjoy these tasty and healthy cookies.

Ingredients:

1 cup porridge oats
150g fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil (or creamed coconut)
1 handful dried cranberries
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 handful almond flakes
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients – with a fork or mixer at low speed. Continue until all ingredients are blended.
With a spoon, form cookie shapes on baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
