Body Vi Shakes – Recipes

Strawberry Banana Shake

Body Vi shakes250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)*
2 scoops Vi shake mix
1 banana
5 large strawberries

*use soya or cow’s milk if you prefer

Avocado Shake

Body vi shakes 250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)*
2 scoops Vi shake mix
1/2 avocado
1 teaspoon flax seed
1 handful fresh dill

*use soya or cow’s milk if you prefer

Spinach Shake – The Green Monster

Body Vi shakes250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)*
2 scoops Vi shake mix
1 handful spinach
1 handful fresh parsley
5 green grapes

*use soya or cow’s milk if you prefer

Oats Shake – The Power Breakfast

250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)*
2 scoops Vi shake mix
1 handful porridge oats
1 teaspoon linseed
1 banana

*use soya or cow’s milk if you prefer

Banana Shake

Body Vi shakes250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)*
2 scoops Vi shake mix
2 bananas
Sprinkle of cinnamon
