5 Minute Workout

Best fitness workouts are the ones you can do everyday, or at least regularly. If you are looking for quick ways to lose weight you need to include exercise. 5 Minute Exercises For that purpose, I’d like to introduce 2 exercises that will take maximum 5 minutes of your time and will help you get things going.

Why 2 Exercises?

Do you like variety? Do you dislike certain exercises? If you have 2 exercises, you will likely favour one over the other. Knowing you need to do them both will at least put you in a positive frame of mind when it comes to one of them. Plus, doing two will make it more exciting.

Why 5 minutes?

Because you can find 5 minutes a day to exercise! If right now you can honestly say that you cannot spare 5 minutes per day to improve your health and lose weight, then you may just give up now. 5 minutes a day is just over 30 minutes a week, 30 hours in a year! It probably takes you more than 5 minutes per day to get out of bed. How determined are you to change that?

They are simple, quick and effective. Why? Because if they take a lot of your time, are hard to master and don’t show effects, you will lose interest. Quick ways to lose weight focus around the same principle, because if they take long, you are more likely to give up early.

Kettlebell Swings

Kettlebells are very diverse and there are many exercises you can perform with them. I just want you to focus on one exercise – the swing. Click here for a YouTube tutorial.
Chose the weight of the kettlebell to be challenging. No point of swinging one just for the hell of it. You need to put some effort in. The objective – to do 75 swings in a row. If you cannot do 75 swings in one go, break it down into a few series. That’s it. If you are finding this exercise too simple, increase the weight. If you have extra time, increase the amount of swings.


Looks simple? Plank ExerciseIt can be very deceiving. Start with 15 seconds. Yes, that’s right, 15 seconds! Hold your body stretched for only 15 seconds. Increase with time by 5 second increments until you reach 2 minutes (this can take weeks). Did you sweat? I bet you did!

Nice and simple, best fitness workouts in 5 minutes. Get into the habit of doing them regularly (even if it means only 4 times a week). They are quick ways to lose weight, and combined with the right nutrition (diet), will help you achieve your weight loss goals.
